北京科技大学物流研究所是由我国物流学家、中国物流与采购联合会副会长吴清一教授发起创办的物流研究与咨询机构，研究所研究人员由具有丰富经验、在物流领域知名度很高的一批物流教授、博士、研究专家及咨询顾问组成，并与德国、日本、澳大利亚、韩国等国物流研究机构建立了密切联系，与国内信息化示范城市－－南海市等单位建立了密切的合作关系。
